Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise. For the purposes of this policy, a defective product is one that does not conform to the manufacturer's representations as to quality and specifications, and/or has any material or workmanship defects which affect the product's functionality or intended use. On return, proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect must be submitted with the return request. Returns not accompanied with proof of defect will be rejected. We reserve the right to inspect and substantiate the defect, and to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate under our return policy.
